15 Day Return Policy Watches and Diamond Jewelry We hope your (Diamond jewelry) or (Watch) purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or refund, you may return your item within 15 days of its shipment for a Full Refund ,less shipping & handling fees. Or exchange it within 15 days.
Refunds will only be credited in the same manner as the original payment. For credit card purchases, the refunds will be posted to the original card that was used for the purchase. No exceptions. Refunds are generally issued in 10 business days.
All diamond jewelry or watches must be in brand new condition with original boxing and all the warranty cards. It must not show (No signs of wear).
Accepting Returns We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all diamonds, jewelry, watches. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by SuperJewelrtyStore), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by Superjewelrystore was not engraved with the letters specified in your order, we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.
There will be No Refund Exchange only on all special orders! What is special order? When you special order a watch which is not in our normal inventory. There will be 20% restocking fee.
Returns shipped from outside the United States cannot be accepted. For questions regarding returns from outside the United States, please Email us At info@SuperJewelrtyStore.com On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked.* More than $500: FedEx and UPS will not insure it, so ship your package via US Postal Service. Also, request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked.*
Any Packages returned without any (RMA) Return authorization number there will be restocking fee of 20% within the return policy period. If the return item is damaged or worn restocking fee of 20% will apply. Without RMA number package will be refused. Note if the seal tag is removed, all watches will not be accepted for returns.
All Cartier watches are considered special order. There will be restocking fee of 20% for all returns or exchanges. (RMA REQUIRED)
Exchanging Your Order Exchanges are simple. You can return your diamond, jewelry item, or watch within 15 days of shipment from AmericasJewelry, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returning Your Order AmericasJewelry merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a diamond or jewelry item to Superjewelrystore, follow the checklist below: Shipping Fees are Non Refundable.
Email At Sales@SuperJewelryStore.com customer service for a Return Authorization Code.
Secure your diamond or watch inside the original jewel box. Fill out the reverse form. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.
Place it inside a cardboard shipping box. You may use the same box may have been included in your original package. You can also use a box from you local Post Office.
Write your Return Authorization Code on the Returns Label that came with your Packing Slip. If you do not have a Returns Label, just write the Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item. Please request a return receipt for your records. (Note: FedEx® will not insure valuable jewelry.) We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within three days of this notification. Refund will appear on your next statement. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.)
