When do you ship my products ?
Once we receive your order, all credit cards are verified for security purposes. After the verification has been completed, we will process your order and ship your order within 24-48 hours on all items in-stock. If the credit card billing information cannot be verified, or if the items become out of stock at the time your order is received, we will contact you promptly to inform you.

What are my shipping charges?

Please refer to the rates below for the shipping options and costs. 

All delivery times are business days, which excludes the Saturday, Sundays and major holidays; except for Saturday delivery requests. Also, the day of shipment does not count as part of delivery date (i.e. Order placed Friday, before 3PM with 2 day option would be delivered on Tuesday.)

Is my package insured ?

All items are fully insured with the carriers. If you do not receive your goods, or if the items get damaged in the process of transit, please contact us at our customer service department. We will file a claim with the proper carrier.
